Q: Hey all, is there anybody who is seeing this knows about the Meridian Dominion near to the NH-47 in Kochi? I have plans to invest here, but before that i need as much info about this as i can. Thank you guys..

I think only one type of unit is there, the 4 bhk. Though the area is very spacious. The area of the 4 bhk is 4000 sq. ft.!!! Dont be surprised about the price, it is 8000 rupees per square feet. The approximate sale price of the flat is around rs. 3.20 crores.

hi, talking about the apartment, you can get good facilities there including a good swimming pool, a garden, a play area for the children, 24 hours power backup, security that also includes intercom facility etc. They also have a gymnasium inside the apartment project.

Hey, i have seen this apartment. It is right opposite to the Lakeshore hospital, that is very famous here. there are also some other primary health centres nearby. You can also find some good schools like Sri Sri Ravishankar Vidya Mandir, St. Maria Goretti Public School etc near to the apartment. Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies is also very near to it.

I think Meridian Dominion is a good residential apartment in this locality. The connectivity, especially to the airport is at a 1 hour dist. from this place. Moreover, the mobility hub of cochin is only around 5 minutes from here. This apartment has 10 drive in apartments that are on 10 floors.
