Latest Answer: I think only one type of unit is there, the 4 bhk. Though the area is very spacious. The area of the 4 bhk is 4000 sq. ft.!!! Dont be surprised about the price, it is 8000 rupees per square feet. The approximate sale price of the flat is around rs. 3.20 crores.
