Hi, I am planning to buy 1BHK in Dreams Aakruti, Hadapsar in their under construction building. Can anyone suggest has the water problem in the society being resolved or it is the same since 2010?
I am living in Dreams aakruti. Nice society but poor maintenance. Swimming pool water changes in 6 month and Gym trainer open Gym in morning and you can find him next morning. still all the Gym equipments are not working and full of dust everyday everywhere.
Railway track is near to society so full of noice in every 30 min and some time every 15 min. Or some time people who are living near to society (ENCROACHMENT) will make heavy notice all night bt society will not react.
Totally society is beautiful bt they all are trying to creating problems everyday ....
The Developer will maintain the Project for only a period of one year from the date of completion (as certified by the architect). In case any delays in forming the society beyond the period of one year, Rs. 3.5/sq-ft. per month on the total area of the flat will be charged for maintenance of the project. This additional maintenance amount will be payable to the developer.
