Latest Answer: HI Amar,
I am living in Dreams Aakruti, Hadapsar, Pune. Society is very nice but poor maintenance. Swimming pool water changes in every 6 month and Gym trainer open Gym in the morning and you can find him next morning. All the Gym equipment are not working and full of dust everyday everywhere. Railway track is near to society so full of noise in every 30 min and some time every 15 min. Overall, society is good for family living.
Q:I visited this project recently with my civil engineer friend to check the construction quality. Project quality looks good and most importantly suits my budget. It seems to be the best option in the locality.

Q:Can anyone suggest regarding the pros and cons of Dreams Aakruti project. We are planning to buy a 1 bhk flat in this society. The floor plan and society seemed to be good although the area outside was very congested, especially the road from hadapsar till rail crossing. How is the construction quality and water availability in the flats? Please reply to my query as I am planning to buy a flat here
Latest Answer: What I have heard is that the project is an average and nothing good about the construction. Also, the road that leads to the project is also not good as there is a rail line. A dump yard is also present a few mtrs away which is not a good scene..
Latest Answer: mr shailesh,
in dreams aakruti there is hug water problem (corporation water) please recheck yourself. then taken decision at your end we are facing the same. we are bearing monthly 2000/- society which is very heavy burdan.
Latest Answer: I have moved in recently. The property is good. I know the slum area remains a problem though. But otherwise it is good. Well, during rains it is the worst place. The roads do not have drainage. The builder had said that the area is going to get developed in about 3 years. Hoping for that. 3 buildings are still in construction phase.
Water supply is good till now since last month. but recently my internet modem was robbed from the Terrace. Do not now whether the Labourers have done it or some Dish satellite personnels. I believe once the society is complete and all flats are sold out and people move in, things will be normalised. i can give a rating of 7/10 for this.
