This place is also located to very close to Highway 67 and there's a lake too very clos to this place which offers boating, kayaking and other refreshing experiences as a remedy for a boring weekend. There are some hospitals close to this place.

Hey there buddy, the apartment apart from being a decent place, is also reasonably priced. The price of the 3 BHK apartment is Rs 85 lakh, which is understandable considering the prime localtion, and the fatures offered by the developers.

Hey there, the project is quite family friendly in my opinion. It has features like dedicated car parking, parks, kids play area, gymnasium ,water treatment plant in the apartment complex, and gated community. These features make the proect a very good option for families.

Hey, the project is being developed as blocks of 5 floors. Also the developers have advertised 3 phase service with stand by generator and latest construction with state of art technology. The apartment is ideally suited for families, and is also located in a nice area.

Hey, the project is good enough. The apartment s are available in 3 BHK apartments with the floor area size of 1780 sq ft. This is enough for anybody moving in with their families, and also ensures that the apartment doesn't feel too crammed.

Hey, i heard a lot about JP Lexus Enclave too. It is a pretty decent project in my opinion. It has some promising features like multipurpose hall, 24 hour water supply, conference room, lift, kids play area, and landscaped garden.
