There is just this one hospital here - Vimal Jhothi Hospital. For recreation purposes, you will have a bunch of restaurants and eateries like Balaji Hotel, Hotel Ganapathy, Maharaja Chettinadu Mess. Oh and in case you were wondering about banks and all, there are branches of Karur Vysya Bank, Axis Bank, and State Bank of India here in Chinnavedampatti..

There are a couple of colleges here too, (C.M.S college of Science and Commerce and Chinnavedampatti
Kumaraguru College of Technology) which are major sources of student influx and hence real estate demand in this neighbourhood. You can definitely benefit by investing in student friendly apartments and then renting them out or leasing them.

Although this places isnt swarming with schools for children, there are a few very exceptional academic institutes here, like the Kaumaram Sushila International Residential School, Coimbatore Public School and the TRA Higher Secondary School. All these schools attract student population to this place, along with their respective families, which is a constant investment scope.

This place is pretty much flanked on all sides by a number of localities - Sivanandhapuram, Chinniyampalayam, Nehru Nagar, Ganapthy, Chitra Nagar, Saravanampatti, Avarampalayam, Vellakinar. When you look at the property chart of this locality you mostly see residential plots and independent houses, with a smaller propertion of apartments.

Chinnavedampatti water supply comes from the Chennai Public Works Department (PWD) and the electricity supply is managed by the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board (TNEB). The locality is basically along the Coimbatore Ooty Gundelpet Hwy also called the SH66. It can also be reached via the Coimbatore railway station

Chinnavedampatti is very rich with respect to Arts and Culture and famous for nourishing Tamil culture.. You'll find several temples in here. Most famous temples are the Sree Dhandayuthapani Thirukkovil Temple and the Sree Koniamman Thirukkovil Temple

Commercially this place hasnt developed much, the few establishments that are found are on the nearby NH 209. So if you're considering a real estate investment here, get ready for a long-term investment because it looks like the market will take some more time to flourish and grow properly

This place is more towards the extreme north-west of the city, practically outskirts. Its not so developed yet in terms of commercial standing, but some projects have come up here recently So we can definitely expect more real estate market appreciation.
