I remeber the prices in Saraswathi had dropped to an all time low once in 2014 when the prices went down to 3,800 rupees per sq ft for houses. I think that was the lowest that the prices ever went. But the market recovered again and by th same year, they went to 6,500. They have now come down again by a little.

You see leaking drains in here everywhere here during monsoon. :( They are over flowing all the time and it is very ugly to see. I guess there is an issue of water scarcity also in here. Keep in mind all these things before u take a place there.

I think that investing in this area at the moment is a good idea. I agree that there is scope for development and that will give us some profits in the future. And this will be the right time for investement too.

The location of this place is also strategic actually. If you see, it is close to the state highway 88,thats ia the Hunsur Road, and the RIng Road gets connected to it.So I think these factors have helped a lot in its development and will also help in its future developemnt.

Hey, the Saraswathipuram area is good in terms of connectivity too, The Mysore junction is right next to the this area and you can catch any train from there. Only 2 kms from here. And the Chamarajapura Railway Station is also pretty close by, only 1 km away.

6,200 rupees per sq ft is a little costly if you ask me. But if you want to move into this area, then you have to shed this much. The average price in the city at the moment is around 5,700 rupees per sq ft for houses. But the Saraswathipuram is a little more costly than this.

Yes, and emergency facilities like clinics and hospitals are also available in here. You have the Apollo Hospital, Kamakshi Hospital, Mamatha Clinic and the Vinayak Childrens Hospital. But the area itself is a very nice place. Its quite in its residential pockets and the Kukkarahalli Lake is in this area but you better not take up a place near this lake.
