Hey the transport facility in this place is also really good. The Mysore City Junction railway Station is only 5 km from here, and apart from that, there are many state run buses that come and go from this area to the other parts of the area. Autos and rickshaws are also easily available.

Hey if you have kids and are looking for schools around the area for them, then let me tell you that you have good institutions here like TS Subbana Smaraka High School, Sri Gowri Shankara School, Vani Vidya Mandir, St, mary;s school.

and there are quite a few hospitals too. You have the JSS Hospital, the Ramakrishna Hospital Vidyaranya General Hospital, SGS Hospital. They are all in the nearby areas and can be accessed easily. There are many clinics also present.

See Chamundipuram is a good locality that is located along the state highway 212 and the state highway 33, which is why i think there will be further development in this area. Goo to invest in in here in case you want any future profits.

This area is a very pleasent! It has a good view of the Chamundi Hills but the price in here is a little high, dont you think? You can look at the other areas around where the price is a little less and then take a better decision.

Most of this area is in th e form of independent houses. I think the price per sq ft for houses in here is around 5200 rupees per sq ft. You will be able to get a good 2 bhk house in here for around 60 lakhs or 70 lakhs,

Hey Chamundipuram is an area that is located right at the foothills of the Chamundi Hills. They are really very peaceful and beautiful. It is quite developed with everything that you need like clinics, grocery shops, pharmacies and markets. You should move in here.
