Medical facilities are a little far off from this place. This is important in case of emergencies. The nearest hospital is the Adithya Adikari Hospital. Apollo Hospital and Kamakshi hospital, JSS hospital, and Basappa Memorial are also one of the closest hospitals.

See most of the area in Elivala is in the form of land and residential plots. Im not entirely sure about the price in here for residential plots, but i think it is is around 500 rupees per sq ft.

Facilities are also good only in this area if u are planning to move here in the future. You have some very reputed schools around like the Atomic Energy Central School and Junior College, Ideal School, Acharya Vidya kula School, St. Josephs Central School etc.

Hey Yes, Elivala is still coming up in terms of development. But i think this area has a great potential to become a real estate hub and you will profit by investing in here in the future. Being along the National Highway 117 and tate Highway 88, this area will see a lot of development in the future.

Hey Elivala is a locality that is away from the noise and the pollution of the city. I think you are doing the right thing by investing in this area. It is an upcoming area where the development is not complete yet,
