Also the construction is well done. The structure has got brick masonry, RCC roofing, and plastering with cement mortar. Also the rubble basement and rubble foundations at a height of 60 cms from the ground level. The foundation is also filled with red earth consolidated and done pesticides treatment.

The amenities are all nice here too. There is a swimming pool and even club house facilities. And of course 24 hour power backup. Other than that, the usual tight security system is there, along with a pretty well stocked gymnasium.

So basically this project is just an array of two storied villas with their size ranging from 2300 sq ft to 2800 sq ft, being built in a space between 5.50 and 7 cents of land. And so acc to the psf price, these villa prices range between Rs 1.35 cr to Rs 1.65 cr.

Yeah these are all 4 bhk villas by the way, but in varying sizes and floor plans, as I have heard. There arent that many units actually. Only 100 villas are available under this project. Also the per square foot price is Rs 5900

Ok I have some info about this project actually. It is currently ongoing construction, and the possession will be available from March of 2016. So the booking process for these villas in the heart of Aluva is going on.
