The amenities are all nice here too. There is a swimming pool and even club house facilities. And of course 24 hour power backup. Other than that, the usual tight security system is there, along with an intercom and round the clock security.

Ill tell you about some of the amenities. They are providing some kind og a health club, which Im thinking will be like a fitness studio cum physical therapy centre. There is also a rain water harvesting system installed in these apartments, so you'll basically be recycling water also.

Actually the 1231 square ft apartment is not the only type. There are other sizes of apartments here too. So the costing price starts from Rs 39.63 lacs and rises upwards from there. Also nice thing about this project, plenty of nice amenities being offered here.

The apartments are all 2bhks. So there arent that many options. You only have the choice of buying the same 1231 square feet apartments. but otherwise the apartments all look pretty nice on the pictures in the websites. You can definitely check it out

Yes I like the apartments that you have selected actually. It was supposed to be available for possession since Nov 2014, but Im sure there is some finishing touches left, so thats why its not just yet available for occupancy.
