There are so many amenities available under this project. There is the swimming pool, which im sure you will love. Also there is even a cafeteria. So basically you are even being provided with places to eat right within the project boundaries.

But the 4bhk apartments all come in just one size only - a built up area of a whopping 4741 square feet. Its pretty big, so the price is also high accordingly, since its priced at the same Rs 3500 per sq ft rate. yeah so that means that the cost price would be close to 96 lakh rupees!
Yes and the 3bhk apartments are available in built-up area sizes varying between 1335 and 2079 sq ft. So this price range will actually vary a lot. In fact it can cost you anywhere between Rs 46 lakhs to Rs 73 lakhs.
The square foot price for all these apartments is the same - Rs 3500 per sq ft. So the 2bhks, which are roughly around 1034 to 1049 square feet in size will cost around Rs 36 to 37 lacs.

Ok so this project consists of 2 blocks, with a total of 15 floors. The project is currently under construction by the EV group and will be available for possession from December of 2016. So Im thinking that the booking process for these apartments must have started already
