Genuine reviews expected on Anna Properties - Casa Bonitta 2, plz!

Q: Hi!

I am from Thrissur and my husband is from Trivandrum. We are currently in Saudi and planning to settle in Ernakulam after few years.

We have slowly started going through various projects and came across, this Anna Properties - Casa Bonitta 2, the elevation and structure which we liked very much.

But, we are a novice in this field and neither of us have a clue as to how reputed this builders are. So, I would like you people to help us out.

The property is a villa in Puthenkurish, Tripunithura and they are asking Rs.4200/sqft. Is it a reasonable price?

Is that place good to live in or invest on a property like this? Since, we are not planning for immediate settlement there, I have this query, are there chances of prices of villas coming down in near future? Kindly advice!

Are there any other reputable builders who are more recommended than this. If so, list out plz! TIA.

This project is still under construction and expected to be completed by October'2016. All the necessary approvals are in place and almost all the leading banks and financial institutions have approved this project for housing loan.
