You are right Narendra, Better check all the legal approvals before buying, the last i heard in December about this project was that it is now stuck due to some environment clearance issue and the work is not progressing, a friend of mine bought the flat here an is now regretting as he is paying heavy EMI and rent as well, not really sure why people are not going through the clearnaces/noc/certificates in the first place.
The current residential property rate in the locality is between Rs. 4900-5100/sq-ft., prices may vary and depends on the locality and amenities provided.
