You are right Sajal,
This project will be built in two phases over a 22-acre plot. While the first phase consisting of 700 units and is expected to be completed by December'2015 whereas the second phase having 900 units will be completed by end-2017. The project is spreded over 22 acres of land to construct 230 plus buildings.

The project name Urban Sabujayan and is going to develop by the very famous builder Bengal Abasan is a part of the city-based Urban Abasan Group. The project will also include commercial space, schools and other facilities to make it look like a township under Cosmic Consultency.

The cost of 3BHK will be Rs. 54.90 lacs to Rs. 66.90 lacs onward. ICICI Bank has approved this project for housing loan.
