Hi All,Please send me an email, we all can join together and always go in a group to visit the builder and get updates or refund, also if you know other people who have purchased flats from this builder..let us all join together and put pressure on him either by going legally or by taking help of local Police officials and special commandos, also we will meet some politicians asking for help...
We had booked a flat under Sanjana Sahara with Sunjana builtech Bangalore hongsandra and were supposed to get possession by Dec 2013. There is a particular clause wherein they have mentioned to pay rs. 5/- per sq ft for the delay and the amount to be deducted at the time of possession. The work has also been stopped for quite sometime and we are not able to even contact anybody from the company to give us a reliable answer. How long are we to wait and what should we do if we are not able to wait any longer. we are mentally disturbed and do not know how to go about. Pl help.

Best is to protest silently...Near Mahatma Gandhi statue M.G. Road or Freedom Park..With help of Residential welfare association...Currently they are looking if the complaints against this is true nature... If they find complaints..they will fight along with us (i think they charge money) and they will protest for us either in M.g Road or Freedom Park...
I spoke to my lawyer friend he spoke to his co-lawyer friends and have come to know it seems many people are behind this builder and enquiring about them...we should all form association and then protest ..
Plenty of complaints and lot of people are not happy with this builder. Dear friends/apartment co-owners act fast else we may need to wait for several years/decades...
Looks like builder is just investing the money in building/buying land for other ventures. He is not interested in completing this project. We can see lot of projects and advertisement in this builders name.
Does anyone have the builder/owner house address details...
