Yes but not just that, there is a lot of extra space also available under the project. There is a car porch, with space for 2 cars. There is also a sit out area for each villa on the ground floor, and a nice big terrace on the first floor,

I want to talk to you about the incredible floor plan that has been designed in this project. All the villas are following pretty much the same design plan, with the usual one bedroom on the ground floor and the two bedrooms on the first floor, all with attached bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living space.

Not just exterior dude, even some interior landscaping here, with the rear side semi courtyard being landscaped with various plants, pebbles etc. It has also has got the home loan approvals from all major banks and financial institutes, so its got the stamp of approval

These are all independent two storied villas, which are available at the single standard built-up size of 3500 sq ft. The builders responsible for this are the Travancore Builder pvt ltd. Last I heard the pricing for each villa was fixed at Rs 2.45 cr.

I think the project is just starting to be available for possession. Actually according to the brochure and the only info on this, december 2014 was the official date of possession. Maybe it will be thrown open for occupancy at the end of this month.

Ok dont think that they are rated differently. Though their selling price will be different because their sizes are so much different, the per square foot price rate of both the 3 and 5bhk villas is the same - Rs 7100 per sq ft. Thats pretty much over the standard average of this area in general.

I think the average that you're confusing the psf rate with is that of the apartments in this region. Apartments will obviously be priced lower, because villas are more luxurious, and posh. I think the price of the 3bhk comes up to something around Rs 1.63 cr, which I think is very appropriate for a posh luxury villa of this size.

Yes I have heard of these villas in Thrikkakara. I heard that the villa styling has been done entirely upto Keralan aesthetics. So it will be a beautiful traditional yet modern Keralan housek, since this is basically a designer villa.

All these pretty amazing features are being providing under this project. For example, there is excellent security services provided with video door phone and surveillance system for common areas. There is even some nice exterior landscaping work done in the front courtyard.
