Oh and not just that, they are also using best quality ceramic tiles for the kitchen flooring. The kitchens will have tiles with border along with 60cm dadoing over counter. There will also be granite top counters and stainless steel sinks with drain boards in the kitchens.

Oh yeah. RCC frame structure with footings, columns, beams, slabs etc as per approved structural designs. Foundation is Raft/RCC cast in situ piles resting on hard strata as per structural feasibility. Also the best quality vitrified tiles for the living room, dining room and the bedrooms

Actually the size of the 4 bhk is an exact 2394 sq feet to be fair. The standard residential project amenities are there, like garden area, play area, swimming pool, club house etc. The construction work is also being undertaken well. I have heard that the walls are being built with good quality country burnt bricks/blocks in cement mortar.

Im afraid thats not been announced yet. Its on request basis, means only people who are genuinly interested in the apartments will be able to get the price. Otherwise the only other bit of information I have to add is that the 4bhk apartments come only in one size of almost 2400 square feet.

Hey not just the 2bhk, the other apartments also come in different built up area sizes. The 3 hk apartments you will get in 2 different built- up area sizes - 1607 sqft and 2016 sqft. Does anybody have any idea about the apartment pricing?

So let me tell you something about the apartments here. You will get the basic 2, 3 or 4 bhk apartments here. The 2bhks differ in their sizes as well, there is 1195 sq ft one and a 1413 sq ft one.

I know that the project is located near the Amritha Hospital in Elamakkara. And you can actually get the prices, but you might have to call up the builders to get better info on this. The builders responsible for this project is the Kristal Group. Or else try to look up the commonfloor website on this project. Im afraid not much is being revealed at the moment regarding this project. Not even possession date is being announced. But we know that its under construction at the moment. So once the possession date is announced you'll be able to start booking the apartments.
