Q: SQFT Rs:3900 is correct or not if we want to buy a 2 BHK flat...in moti nagar....vasavi brindavanam.
I think it is very huge price....

Q: I am planning to buy 10 years old 2BHK(1085 SFT) with Car Parking, wood work, fall ceiling and 2 splict ac, is it worth buying?

Latest Answer: I think, this can be a good choice, especially if you are getting such facilities. But, you should check the condition of the building before buying because, even some bad construction can be painted and made to look like a good one. As it is for 35 lakhs, I think it is a pretty decent bargain.
