hey, i think that this area is a purely residential area. There are only a slight commercial development going on here. You can see that there are many individual houses and other properties like villas that can be found here. But, some apartments that you can see in this area are Mathru Nilaya and Eminence Park.

Hi guys, if you are talking about the health infrastructure in this area, I feel this as a not very good place for that. You cannot see any good hospitals in this area. The nearest health centre to this place is the Jag Therapy. Dr. Venkatesh Clinic, Sarathi General Hospital, Sudha Clinic, Manu Homeopathic Clinic, Sai Nursing Home, Karuna Hospital, Aravindaa Hospital are near to this place.

yeah..you can also see some banks and atms in this area. The Cauvery Kalpataru Grameen Bank, Vijaya Bank etc is in this area only. You can see that the BEML Park which is a good attraction is in this area.

the commercial environment in this part of the town is adorable actually, you know. You can see a lot of small shops as well as tea shops and many other outlets in this area. Some of the notable stores and hypermarkets in this area are Narayana Provision Store, Primer Concrete Products, Mathaji Bhandar, Poornachandra Parts and Vegetarian shop, Sri Chamundeshwari Fabricators etc.

Hi guys, The locality of BEML Nagar is located near to the University layout and JP Nagar. This is actually in the southern side of Mysore. You can see that there are quite good connectivity to most parts of mysore in this region because the region is near to the ring road, as well as the mananthavadi road.
