1 BHK BY YAMUNA EXPRESSWAY AUTHORITY - SHOULD WE SELL IT IMMEDIATELY OR RETAIN IT FOR ANOTHER 3-4 YEARS

Q: Hello! We have been allotted a 1BHK Flat abt 30 sq. Mtr by 'Yamuna Expressway Authority' which's expected to be completed by 2017.

Pl advice what Premium we can expect IMMEDIATELY and in next 3-4 years.

Hi Manoj,
As per my knowledge, you got the apartment in very prime location. If you will think carefully , you will find that this location is a gold mine for investors & end users. This location has everything what ever you need in a as usual day. From connectivity point of view, this area is well connected with other part of the city. Once expressway will start functioning then you will see how much price will be of this location.

As of now we are believing that Expressway work will finish in year 2017. If this apartment possession is also in same period then capital & rental appreciation will be more. As located in posh locality , rental appreciation will be more definitely. So in my point of view, it is better to have that flat now. No need to sale immediately. From investment point of view , this is a fine deal.
