Any feedback about Garuda greenfield projects in mahadevpura which is going to start near to Nester RAGA project.
Still builder does not have BBMP approval and they are committing to complete feb 2016 and providing CC & OC.
Is someone booked there or planning to book? As per Garuda salesperson(Himanshu),there are very few apartments are left.
I also booked one flat there with booking amount of 2lakh but still we dint received any documents for verification as they are saying its BBMP approval is pending and it will clear before 15 Jan 2015.

Yeah I completed agree with you that KPSCB has made it mandatory then why Garudachala Estates has not providing STP for this project. I think all the owners should form a group and talk with the builder about this.
Government has made sewage treatment plant mandatory for large apartment complexes. government is also encouraging individual home and smaller apartment complexes to have their own little STP. I would advice you to cross check the floor plan with the help of an expert and proceed further.
Mahavedpura soars high in all the parameters like infrastructure, distance from work place and proximity to railway and airport, location etc for which home buyers prefer Mahadevpura when buying a home.
The locality was previously facing acute shortage of water and was unable to cope with the rapid growth that the area has been witnessing. But residents now claim that the Kaveri water has come within a short distance of several complexes. With water lines already laid out, residences are expected to receive water supply from the BWSSP lines shortly.
Currently the rate per sqft is Rs 5500. This project is Located at Marathahalli -Mahadevapura Outer Ring Road in Bangalore. Site location has a close proximity to many IT Parks, Malls, hospitals, educational institutions, Railway stations, multiplexes etc
Yeah even I have inquired about the project and the concern person told me that they are suppose to get BBMP in another two weeks time and even bank approvals are under process.
The rate per sqft going on in this project is Rs 4500. The project offers 2 and 3 bhk apartments in an area ranging between 1100 sq ft to 1705 sq ft. It has Ground + 4 floors, with 90 apartments.
