The commercial activity is quite sufficiently thriving for this place. Will be enough for you to lead life comfortably. All grocery goods and household items can be brought from around here only. There is a Daily Needs store, a low margin super market, and a More superstore.

There are several medical hospitals in here as well. There is definitely the JSS AMCH hospital, otherwise if you go slightly outside this place yoi'll find Susruth Ayurvedyalaya, Dr Poorna's Wellnes Centre, and Nirmala Hospital.

There are actually quite a number of healthcare facility centres around here. Dont think that because its a little removed, it wont have any regular facilities around. There is this really famous hospital for mental patients, called the Mysore Institute of Mental Health (MMH).

There are so many schools around this locality, so the lack of any within its premises doesnt really matter. The JSS High School is right there to the north of this locality on the State highway. Other schools around here are Teresian School, NIIT, Shree Nirvana Swami High School, and GHP School .

I think the locality has a peaceful aura to itself, because of the abundance of greenery here. Sach me, there are really nice parks here like KC Layout park for example. In fact another big park, the Heritage Park has been proposed here.

Guys another thing to be noticed about this locality is that even the National Highway no 212 passes by so close to this place. That is another mode of communication used to facilitate smoother transport to and from this place.

The prime factor is that despite being a little removed from the heart of the city, its still pretty well connected. The major thanks goes definitely to the state highway no 33 which basically passes through the northern part of this locality.
