Hi Sir,
As Mr Sundar, said above about this FSI. You will be charged with normal FSI- 1.5. If you want to calculate , then follow this formula.
Constructible area divided by Land Area will give you FSI Index.

In my point of view,
FSI along 30 feet road is 1.8
FSI along 40 feet road is 1.95.
