But there is a private cement factory in this area which produces a lot of waste and releases a lot of smoke. I suggest that when you are looking for a place, you do not take aplace around here as this can be harmful for you in the future :)

There are no major civic issues in this area as well. You get good water supply supplied by the Coimbatore Municipal Corporation and the power shortange problem is also not there. Im sure you can live happily in here.

Hey the price for the independent houses around here is also not that high actually. You can get a good independent house for around 3,000 rupees or 3,100 rupees per sq ft. Which is close to the average price in the city. You can get a good 2 bhk house for around 40 lakhs in this area.

hey there are a lot of empty spaces in the area in case you want to buy some residential land or property around here. I think the present price in the locality for residential layouts is around 800 rupees or 900 rupees per sq ft. It is pretty close to the median price in the city andi think it is pretty reasonable.

The connectivity of this place is also really good. It is pretty close to the center of the city junction and the Head Post office railway station is also as close as 11 km from there. The Coimbatore Junction railway Station is 10 km from there

Hey the Kurumbapalayam area is pretty developed actually... there are quite a lot of facilities available in there like markets, banks, shops and you have some really good educational institutions there as well. You have the Bharatiya vidya Bhavan School, Delhi Public School, Chinmaya Vidyala and Nagini Vidyalaya.
