Yes you're right. That road does have some commercial facilities on it. There is a Reliance Fresh there, which is a good thing for Prajapat Pura to have a supermarket at an easily accessible distance. I think you should go ahead and buy the house here.

I dont see anyone talking about the Airport road that runs by close to this locality. Thats another strong mode of commute between this place and the central areas of Indore city. Its also got some commercial activities happening on it, which benefits the locality in overall.
The social infrastructure around this place is slow in building up, but its happening nonetheless. there a few schools around here, like the Shri Guru Ramkrishna Jha Public School and the Saint Giri Senior Secondary School. but in general this locality is not much preferred by home buyers who are looking to set up their family home.
Hey you forgot to mention the District Government hospital also, which is nearby. There are actually many more a little further off, like the Cloth Market Hospital, the Indore Eye Hospital, the Red Hospital, the Varma Union Hospital, the Geetanjali Hospital, etc.

Hey I think the Indore Pithampura road is no doubt an influence, but you cant disregard completely the contribution of the Super corridor, which also lies pretty nearby to this loclaity. That place has become such an avenue of growth rapidly, that it is affecting the development in its neighbourhoods as well
Yes you are absolutely right. The Indore-Pithampura road passes by quite close to the locality, which is why it has seen such real estate interest all of a sudden. Connectivity from this locality with both the heart of Indore as well to the neighbouring city of Pithampura, has improved thanks to this road.
Yes and being close to the airport it will have the advantages of having developed infrastructure. the locality is in the Kumhar Mohalla area of Malharganj in Indore. and it already enjoys extremely good connectivity infrastructure, since its located near some major road networks
I want to talk about the location of this place first of all. Has anybody else noticed how close to the airport it is? I mean that would be a definite positive factor working in favor of the locality, no? So i would advise you to invest here.
