Can the First party put the case on the 3rd buyer?

Q: I am purchasing a individual house and the seller's document seems to be perfect. The seller is holding this property from 14 years. However the parental deed don't say how did the property got transferred to the person from whom I am purchasing the house. My question is: Is there any possibilities now whom my seller purchased the land can case on me after I purchase it?

Hi Manjunath, there is no rule that first party can put any case on the 3rd buyer. Moreover the second buyer is holding this property from past 14 years. But to be on the safer side it is better to take suggestion from a legal expert
