The connectivity in this place is good.. You have sharing autos and rickshaws that are easily available from the main road. And also, there are some buses that will take you to the ECIL area, from where you can get buses to anywhere in the city.

Hey, in case you dont want to buy a house or property in here, the rental price in this area is very cheap. The present rental price for apartments in here is close to rs 4 per sq ft, and for houses, the rental price in rs 5 per sq ft. So you will be able to get a good house for rent in rs 7000 per month or so.

The Road in here is very narrow and full of poth holes! And as there are many colleges round near this locality, every morning there is a huge traffic jam that happens in here. They are widening the road now though, but still, traffic is an issue in here. And during summer, some places have water scarcity. So be careful.

I think the real estate market in Nagaram will surely see some development in the future. This area is a little away from the hustle and the noise of the city and it is pretty close to the Outer Ring Road, which is being built there now. So I think you should invest in here, There is scope for future profits in here.

Yes, lots of people are seeking property in here and that is why the development in this area is growing rapidly actually. Medical facilities are also good in this area with some really good hospitals like Vijaya Nursing Home, Sudha Hospital, Tulsi Hospital and Xenia Multispeciality Hospital in the nearby areas.

Nagaram is being eyed by realtors nowadays as it is providing affordable housing options and apartments, In case you want to buy an independent house in here, the price for independent houses in here starts from 2,600 rupees per sq ft, which i think is reasonable.

See, the present price in Nagaram at the moment is lose to rupees 2000 per sq ft for apartments whereas for the residential lands and layouts, the price is close to rupees 1000 per sq ft. If you compare these prices with the averge prices that are going around in the city, which is around 2,500 for apartments nd 1500 for residential layouts, then i think that they are much more reasonable.

Hello, right now, Nagaram is offering some of the lowest priced land and residential layouts. Many people are now looking at Nagaram for investement actually and there are quite a few housing units for sale in here as well as a lot of land.

Nagaram is still an upcoming locality actually, and some developments are still taking place n here, but you do get all the stuff that is needed on day to day basis, It has banks, shops, markets, and restaurents too within close proximity. Many good schools like the SR Digi School, Lotus National School and Siddhartha High School are present in the locality.
