Hey i think this project is only offering 3 bhk villas for sale. and also, they are nort ready yet. They are still under construction as of now. I think these villas will be ready by the August of 2015

Manyt facilities are also being provided in this project as well. They have the manual securuty for the villas, and it is a gated community, so you need not worry about the security as well. and they have a gym, some indoor games, a swiming pool , intercom facility, and play areas.

Hey I just came across the floor plans of this project and I must say, they really look good. They have wide halls and spacious bed rooms. And this project also has the GHMC approval, so you wont be facing any problem.

Hey the built up area of these houses in this project is around 1700 sq ft to 1890 sq ft, and I think they are charging around rupees 2,600 per sq ft for these houses. This is the present price for the independent houses in Nagaram right now, so i think this is pretty reasonable.

Hey the Modi SIlver Creek is a villa project by th Modi Builders that is offering you some duplex villas and they have 3 bhk villas for sale in ths project. But I think only less than a 100 units are theer in this project for sale.

So that means that the price for the vilas in here will come close to 46 lakhs to 47 lakhs. And this is being built by the Modi builders who are pretty reputed in the business so this project is quite reliable also i think.
