Hye, nagaram is a good place to live in as well. Many people are investing in this place now and there are some good schools around like Siddhartha High School, St. Mary's high School, and Lotus National School.

Hey are you sure this project is ready? As far as I know, this project is still being constructed. and as of now, it is undergoing construction. The possession date for this project is from June 2015 if i am not wrong.

this project is offering you some basic facilities as well. it is a basic gated community and they have providing you round the clock manual security, and they have gardens and play areas and they are also providing maintenance staff as well.

Hey this project is charging around 2,600 rupees per sq ft, which is the average price for houses and villas in that area. So the starting price for the villas in here is from 18 lakhs and it goes up to 43 lakhs for the 3 bhk villas.

Hey these are all row houses, and the built up area of these apartments starts from 750 sq ft to 1600 sq ft. the 2 bhk villas here have an area of 715 sq ft to 1130 sq ft and the 3 bhk villas heer have an area of 1050 sq ft to 1680 sq ft.

Hey the Vignan Enclave is an upcoming project thta is offering you some good units like 2 and 3 bhk villas. It is the first project by the Vignan Builders and they are have less than 100 units for sale
