One can fight the case in a consumer court without hiring a lawyer, if the evidence is strong and can be proven.

The biggest concerned I have is that I did not see any major construction activity in that site.There are so many flats owners are still waiting for starting of this project. However the biggest concerned I have is that I did not see any major construction activity in that site.

Better, appoint a good legal adviser and take a legal action. In such cases, the flat purchaser can file a consumer complaint for deficiency in service as defined under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), 1986, against the builder.

Even i was planning to buy a 3BHK flats of this project and had a word with their developer and he said that it will take 48 months from now. Project was delayed due to some reason but now they have started the construction work.
