Project review of Flairalliance Trine Phase I apartment project in Kakkanad

The project has all the basic amenities like garden, swimming pool, play area etc. But other than these, there are also some interesting amenities, like badminton and basketball courts, health facilities, maintenance staff, as well as rainwater harvesting systems. Tight security is another feature, with intercom system. There is also wifi here.

So according to that calculation, the prices of the 3 bhk apartments shall range between Rs 38.86 lakhs and 48.68 lakhs. And that of the 4 bhk apartments should be in the range Rs 71.11 lakhs and Rs 71.25 lakhs.

The interesting aspect of these apartments is that all of them are priced at the same psf rate i.e. Rs 2800 per sq ft, which is actually not very high considering the locality. It brings the prices of the 2 bhk apartments between Rs 32 lacs and Rs 40 lacs.

Yeah thats right. The 3 bhks are available in the range of 1393 square ft to 1745 square ft built up areas. Even for the 4 bhks, the minimum area size of these apartments is 2549 sq ft and the maximum area size is 2554 sq ft.

He's right. There are 2 bhk apartments here, which vary between the area sizes 1153 and 1431 square ft. These are quite large and thats mainly bexause these are all luxury apartment units. In fact even the 3 bhks and the 4 bhks are available in minimum two area sizes, each.

The apartment units are all 2 bhk, 3 bhk, and 4 bhk. But dont think that thats all the options that you'll have. There is more. Each apartment type is available in different built-up area sizes. And they are all priced at the same psf rate

The construction works of the project are in its final stage, it is going to be available on the market pretty soon, as the completion date for this project was already announced to be from January 2015. So you can expect the possession to be from the end of this month, or next month maximum

The project is basically a joint venture between Trine Holdings and Flair Alliance Builder. The latter are actually quite well known across Kochi for already completed around 3 projects, and having more on the pipelines to hit the market soon

Hey I have some of the project details for you. There are only apartments available under this project. It consists of 3 building blocks, and each of those blocks has a total of 13 floors. So there are definitely a lot of apartment units, over a hundred.
