Yes, it is better while taking any step in buying decision once you can also check other option in this locality.
This project is still under construction, the mid stages of it actually and so it wont be available for quite some time now. The possession date of these apartments as quoted by the builders is from June of 2016 which is quite far away.

The carpet areas of these apartments will range from 1215 sq. feet to 1688 square feet and the prices start from about Rs.42 lakhs and it will go on to about Rs. 59 plus lakhs which is pretty decent for what is being offered.
