The Golden Palm Village Sector 22A Gr Noida

Q: I have bought 3BHK flat in Golden Palm Village, Sector 22A but the builder has reduced the area of clubs and other amenities without reducing the price. The possession is also delayed as the project is going v slow. Please advise whether to hold this (for how many terms) flat and is there any proposed metro route here

Is this project , Golden Palm village having any self finance rebate 8% ? Kindly share some information about it.

Yes, as per my knowledge, this project has down payment plan (self finance rebate 8%). This plan is like:-
Booking Amount- 10% of BSP,
With in 45 days-85% of BSP,
On offer of possession- 5% of BSP+100% of Additional charges+100% of PLC+Other charges(if any).

Hi Mr Ankush,
According to me, this residential development is located close to night safari. Areas near to F1 track & Yamuna Expressway are becoming most prefers by investors & end users now a days. This project is around 15min away from Pari Chowk, around 20 min away from Mahamaya Flyover & near to proposed metro.

In my point of view, this location is becoming gold mine ,attracting many investors & developers & end users. Best suitable for both investors & end users. So if you want to continue with project in such a posh location ,then that will be a nice deal. Because it will take some time but this location will return you more than you expect.

This project offers 2BHK & 3BHK apartment, area ranging from 1021 sq-ft to 1467 sq-ft. Builder quoted price is around 3000/sq-ft. Being located in Yamuna Expressway , this project has no issues in transportation. This project has approval from Yamuna Expressway Authority.

This project is strategically located in a prime location near to Yamuna Expressway & F1 track, so it is expected that capital & rental appreciation will be high in coming days.
