Q: We visited Sharda Paritosh in balewadi but not sure about its developer, reputation and all.Neither the internet has much info on it.Do you think its a good to go with it.We also liked Regency classic but thats a little beyond our budget.Suggestions please.We were also looking for somethin where possession is within a yr .
