Well Prasad,
Currently, the project is under construction phase and some internal work is going on. It is expected that the possession date will be near around December'2015.

Similar projects nearby locality are:- Oasis Venetia Heights- Rs. 25.49 Lakhs to Rs. 38.68 Lakhs and Ekdant FNG-Rs. 31.84 Lakhs to Rs. 43.84 Lakhs at UPSIDC, Greater Noida.

The current residential property trend in the locality is between Rs. 2500-3300/sq-ft. Average property rate is Rs. 2850/sq-ft.

Hi Vrinda,,,yes you will get bank loans, banks like HDFC, ICICI, Corporation banks have approved the project. I guess will give you 80 % home loan!
