I am planning to book 2BHK flat in Mythri Arteor project, Begur road. Has anyone booked any flat in same project ? If anyone is already staying in other completed project of Mythri homes, kindly share the feedback.
Dear Users, as a buyer of this apartment I would like to inform you that most of the claims made by this builder is false and after sales experience has been pathetic. Far from completing the project on time Mythri Grandeur still does not have a proper boundary wall due to some issues unknown to buyers like us. He was never transparent about this before sale. He has just managed to complete the interior work with serious compromises on quality by June-July 2015, majority of work in terms of amenities like party hall, children play area etc is pending till date with no clarity on completion.
The site is A Khata property and builder is going to provide B Khata for the apartments.

As far as I know the project has been approved by BBMP and all the major financial institutions. The project offers 2 and 3 bhk apartment with price ranging from Rs 37.20 lakhs to Rs 44.76 lakhs.
