Budget Housing in Kochi in the price range 35 Lakhs to 50 Lakhs
Q: Hi there, I am planning to buy an apartment or an independant villa in Kochi this year. I hope that the budget will be around some 35 lakhs to 50 lakhs. I wanna find out some of the apartments that comes under this price range and want to get some basic details about them. Can you guys help me?
Oh, near to the airport there are some other good apartment projects also you know. Among these, i think the Oceanus Crescent as well as the SFS Airport Royale etc are the prominent ones that I would like to discuss with you guys. Guys, I recently came to know about a new project that is coming up in the locality of kaloor near to our house. It is named NCC Urban Senate. When I enquired about it, I came to know that the price for the 2 bhks and the 3 bhks that they provide are in the range of 50 lakhs to 75 lakhs.
