Hi, how about i tell you about the guidance value around Trichy Road locality, since that doesn't seem to mentioned in the comments above? The guidance value ranges between Rs 3000 per sq ft to Rs 3800 per sq ft, with the average coming out to be around Rs 3450 per sq ft.

I think you are misinformed about the guidance value concept, since an entire city, cannot have a guidance value of its own. Like others above me have commented,i think mentioning the guidance value for some of the localities would be better. Singanallur has an average guidance value of Rs 4,400 per sq ft. Also Chinnavedampatti's guidance value is Rs 2,900 per sq ft.

Hey, i have been living in Saravanampatti for the past 5 years, and know a lot about the real market in the locality. THe guidance value ranges between Rs 7000 per sq ft to Rs 9000 per sq ft, averaging at around Rs 7900 per sq ft. I hope this helps.

See, the thing is since guidance value is different for each locality, it will be very difficult to list out all values for all localities. Ganapathy, one of the biggest localities in the city has a guidance value of Rs 8,400. Peelamedu, on the other hand has a average guidance value of Rs 9,700.

How about i tell you the guidance value of some major localities in the city. That would help others as well don't you think? So, Alagappan Nagar has a guidance value of Rs 2,050 per sq ft, Ashokapuram is valued at Rs 2,600 per sq ft, and Avarampalayam guidance value is Rs 4,200 per sq ft.

Last time i checked, the guidance value around Avinashi Road is around Rs 4,800 per sq ft. I think if would be a wise decision to go for a property in Avinashi Road, since it is a pretty decent locality, and would prove to be a feasible investment in the future.
