Hey, the spectra metro looks like a good deal especially because it's a project of Spectra India Mega Projects (P) Ltd. I am not quite sure about the possession dates because the project is still ongoing and the expected completion is around Mar 2016.

Hi! I think this is the right time to get a flat in the spectra metro, with the upcoming hyderabad metro project the nearest station is Nagole depot about 2.5 kms away from the project and also the place has popular restaurants and shopping malls all over the place.

Spectra metro heights coming up in nagole is a popular residential development. It is spread lavishly in 3 blocks of 6 floors each and has around 500 units for sale, the project is GHMC and HMDA Approved and bank loans can be acquired from HDFC, State Bank of India and ICICI.

Hi, even i was ooking for houses in nagole and I shortlisted Spectra metro heights, because of the wide array of amenities they provide that range from a library, gymnasium, play area, health facilities, a 24hr back-up, wifi connection, club house and also a tennis court. Plus they have Yoga and meditation centres.

Hi! Spectra metro heights is a good option to shift in. They are putting up around 500 units for sale in the coming year. the price per sq. ft is Rs. 3000 both for 2 and 3BHKs. Cost for a 2BHK ranges from 34.59 lakhs to 38.76 lakhs with a 1159 to 1292 sq. ft area.
