My mother has one house on her name in village, Now planning to buy new flat in Hyderabad. Not Taking any bank home loans. if this new flat (second property) get registered on her name, will there be any property taxes? how much property tax is there if we don't rent the second property. she is home maker. let me know. Latest Answer: Hi, from what I know, the construction on Line 3 as of March 2014 was about 75% complete. It is evident that the laying of tracks has been started, as well as construction of a depot at Nagole is almost finished. The viaduct construction and overhead traction line for the phase 1 is almost done as well, while the complete project is scheduled for completion in July of 2017. The first phase on the other hand, is expected to be finished by June 2014 which is precisely this month. The metro viaduct between Nagole and Mettuguda will feature a disable-friendly system and work on it began in November 2013.

Latest Answer: Hi, as per the Hyderabad Water Supply and Sewage Board, the STP was expected to facilitate the generation of usable methane or biogas from treating sewage water, and also be able to produce power without any pollution. The treated water would be of the quality that would meet the requirement for surface water disposal standard, which in turn is hoped to improve the overall quality of the Musi river water. While the project did undergo a massive failure due to mostly corrupted governing bodies, the Musi river is in even worse condition now and the residents have to deal with potentially harmful water.
