Q: Wanted to know whether they are providing proper documents OC and A Khata for the apartment.

How much is the current rate per sqft they are quoting and when is the project expected to get completed?

The current rate per sqft going on in this project is Rs 3000 and the project is expected to get completed by December 2015.

Sri Krishna Excel Stone has been approved by BBMP. They are going to provide OC as well as A Khata for this property. State Bank of India has already approved this project.

Can you let me know did they have the proper documents.I mean "A" Khata property as well as "A" khata construction .
