Yes, Pragati has obtained OC from CIDCO in the last week of October-2015. I think interested buyers can think of purchase flats in pragati now, if otherwise OK.
Hello !!! Pragati owners, Jago Grahak Jago......... The builder has put us in trouble. He is not issuing OC for unknown reasons. I am in trouble because paying a huge interest on Bank loan. With out OC not able to stay there so paying rent too. What to do now, should we collectively and physically meet the builder and request him for his final word or to approach consumer court. This is because if you ask the builder each time he gives some OC commitment but with no result. Please share your views at the earliest.

If the builder did not provide OC in spite of you asking him to give the OC for your building, you can approach the consumer forum to deal with the builder.
1) Issue a notice to the builder to apply for OC and handover the OC to you within one month from the date of issue of your notice.
2) File a complaint in the consumer forum for deficiency in service with copy of notice, if the builder does not respond to your notice.
Even if such a provision for providing completion certificate is not found in the agreement, the builder cannot escape the liability for securing the Completion Certificate and providing a copy thereof to the owner. The law requires the builder to obtain completion certificate of such a building.

You all are in right direction. Visit developer collectively and pressurized. If still he is promising false date, ask them to write on stamp paper or mentioned it on agreement. Otherwise, file a case in consumer forum for deficiency in service and ask for the compensation.
Builder is fooling you, OC is not ready for pragati park, when you will ask him show it to you, he will say OC is ready for his other building in ulwe. Please take your own decision & check all copies with builder to avoid any surprises
i purchased flat about two years ago....on property papers mentioned possession is on july 2013....its been almost two years now.....when i called builder they say that electric meters are pending from cidco....but also say that they have received OC...which is contradictory....so i had been trying to reach out the other owner in pragati park through all possible forum ....& know their part of story....pls let me know if you have any other member contact information....Thanks for your reply again
Hi, pragati park is one of the good project in ulwe navi mumbai. project was launch in oct-nov 2013 and at the time of launching price is approx 4100 to 4200 but now its come to 4500 to 4600 per sq ft. project will give max appreciation in lang run.
Hi Ashish, few day back i call the concerned person of pragati park and he said the project is ready to moves possession but when i visited offices regarding the same he will said handover of unit is started from jul 2015. project is also not well completed but he assured me that possession will be given to owner till jl-aug 2015.
