Unfortunately even after 6 to 7 years, only the superstructure is complete of a few towers. Now that is no big deal !! This is done by almost all builders so as to place a demand of the next installment after completing superstructure. Now you see the speed of construction. you shall go mad paying EMI of 70 percent amount paid and will then wait for many more years for possession. This is what they have done. Compensation is peanuts at Rs 5 per sq foot. Despite repeated communication on expected date of possession, they are not reverting at all. That creates lot of fear and ambiguity in mind. I am not paying the next installment because my EMI for another 22 lacs will start. It would be any day advisable to fight for 18 lacs rather than 40 lacs given. That is my humble submission. I have already lost a lot with other builders and learnt a lot. Now even the IBC is favouring these builders by introducing amendments like mandatory 10 percent or 100 guys to file under sec 7 of the IBC
Solitairain City is one of the best developments at the Yamuna Expressway, I do agree if the project might have got a bit delayed for a few months but the promoters are competent enough to easily deliver the project as per the mentioned time frame in U.P. Rera and it is even better for all the homebuyers as the area shall soon prosper now because of the finalisation of the Jewar Airport which shall be inaugurated song by the Prjne Minister by Diwali 2018.
