The company is planning to launch Santacruz project with prices ranging from 2.25 crore with an area of about 14000. The company is also planning to launch projects in Kanjumarg and Mira Road. They have 3-4 BHK flats with prices ranging from 4 crore.

I'm myself considering to buy into their project at Kanjurmarg. But have not yet taken a call. From what I have understood on asking around and talking to people is that, there could be issues in delivery timelines, but I have not heard or got to know of anything lacking in construction quality. Hope this helps.
