There are many schools and colleges in this locality as well, reputed schools like Radclffe High School, Kendriya Vidyalaya, Little FLower High School, Balanagar High School, Siddharth High School etc are present here. Good medical aid is also in here like the BRR Super Speciality Hospital, Kodali Nursing Home, and SV Nursing home are present in there.

There is an issue regaridng the water supply in here. There is a acute water scarcity in here, and during summer months, the pressure of the water also decreases by a lot. So water can be an issue in here.

As this is one of the places that is close to the established IT Corridor and as this area itself is an industrial area, I think the real estate sector in here will develop further in the future. I think it is also a good idea to invest in here.

Actually, renting an apartment in Bala Ngar will be a better idea. It is cheaper this way. The rental price is very less in this area.. for the apartments the price is rs 9 per sq ft, and for the independent houses, the price is around rs 3 per sq ft

Yes, apartments in the Bala nagar area is a good idea. The price in this area is also pretty good actually, I thinkfor apartments it starts at around rs 3000 per sq ft, and so you can get a good paartment for yourself for 40 or 50 lakhs or so.

Hey you should take an apartment in here actually, there are some paartment projects that have units for sale in here like Icon Residency, Pallavi Apartments, Star Homes, Start HOmes, Patwari Enclave daffodil etc. They have quite a few residential units in 2 bhk and 3 bhk units for sale.

I think that Bala Nagar is a good area to live in with your family. It is a good place to reside in as well. Some residential area is also avaialble in here where you can invets, i think the present price for the residential land in here starts from rs 3,000 rupees

Actually as there are so many units and factories in this area. there is a lot of air pollution that happens in this area. So I suggest that itis better that you do not take a place any where near these factories so as to aviod the pollution and smoke .

Hi, Bala Nagar is an area that is on the North Western part of the city, and this area is pretty developed if you look at the social infrastructure around, as there are many shops, banks clinics and ATMs in this place.

Bala Nagar is actually a good industrial area actually. It has many government owned companies which have their units in that area and the is why the area has seen so much of developemnt from early on itself. And also, this area falls close to two National Highways, that is the National Highway 9, that goes to Mumbai, and the National HIghway 7.

Yes, many factories like IDPL, IDL, NRSA (National Remote Sensing Agency), HAL (Hindustan Aeronautics Limited), BHEL R&D(Bharat Heavy Electronics Limited) and the Godrej factory is also there. Apart from that, USHA fans company and Kediaya, Khaithan fan are also there.
