Yeah...even now, you can find that for an individual house in this area, the cost is around rupees 4000 to rupees 5000 per square feet. you can also invest in the plots here. I think that the price of residential plots in this region has risen to almost 6 or 7 lakhs per cent here.

Recently, I enquired about the price of land here. I got to know that the price in this area is constantly rising. In the next financial year's beginning, the speculators and real estate watchers in this region are viewing more development especially because of more development plans in this area.

Hey, The connectivity to the airport is also very good, in my opinion. The Cochin International Airport which is the largest airport in Kerala, is located at around 23 km away from this locality. You can easily reach there from Kakkattikara in around 1 hour through the National Highway 47.

I think that the major railway station that is in Ernakulam, is some 18 km away from here. But, if you want to access the railway station for travelling to smaller distances, i think that you can see that the Kalamassery railway station as well as Edapally railway station are also nearby.

I think that the price of the properties in Kakkattikkara is well influenced by the growth of the city itself, no...Now, for one apartment in this region, I think, you will have to spend at least rs. 3500 to rs. 4000 on an average.

There are has a lot of real estate development. The prices are shooting up in my opinion. This is because of the proximity to the Smart city Kochi which is a proposed IT development project in Kakkanad as well as the Infopark, which is also nearby. There has been a slight influence because of the presence of the Euro Tech Maritime academy also here.

I think, this is good choice if you are planning to buy an independant house or a villa type house. But if you are looking for an apartment project, then I guess, this area has no apartments here. Some of the nearby apartments are Kuppiyil Edakkala house, Mangalath Building, PSBP Tower, etc.

The commercial infrastructure of this region is not that good. As this is to the interior parts of the Kochi, you might not find many good and branded shops here. Though, for the residential community over here, you can see that there are some small grocery and stationary stores as well as bakeries in this region. The nearest town to this region is Kizhakkambalam.

The health infrastructure of this region may not be that attractive anyway. The nearest hospital that you can find is the Samaritan Hospital that is in Pazhanganad. Some other good hospitals and clinics near to this region are one public health centre, first aid clinic, as well as Kusumagiri Hospital.

Yeahh....The Kadambrayar river is quite near to the locality. This region has a tourist attraction near to this river. Boating is one of the good adventure sport here. There you can also find one Kadambrayar Boat club and a restaurant here. Moreover the Wonderla Theme park is also very near to this place. The region of Kakkattikkara is thus known for a green tourist destination. For second homes and all, this region is obviously a very good choice.

One good thing about this locality is that it has good connectivity to thre rest of the town. There are some link roads in this region such as the Kakkattikara road as well as the Vattolikkara road that connect this region to the Pookkattumpady Kizhakkambalam road as well as the Kakkanad Pallikkara road.

Kakkattikara is one of the good localities in the Pazhanganad region of Kochi. I think it comes under the Vazhakkulam taluk. It is very small locality. The local people here are mostly into farming and you can see a lot of greenery over here. I think these are all the things that you are going to notice here.
