Oh yeah...that's true. this is also so good about the railway station. there is a railway station at Edapally that you can easily access for local transportation. But, if you have to go out of the state, suppose to north india, then you will have to access the Ernakulam Junction South Railway station. It is just 9 km from here.

From this region, I think that the connectivity to the airport is quite good. It is really fortunate that we have the Cochin International Airport in Kochi. I think that the distance between the airport and this region is only around 23 km from here.

Recently, I got to know that they are some very good plots also available here for residential purpose. When I enquired about the market price of the residential plots, I came to know that the price is around Rs. 2551 per square feet. But, sometimes, this can lower also around rs. 1500 per square feet also is available in some places in this locality.

Hey, I can provide you with some informatioon about the apartments and its prices here. Normally, the market price of the apartments in this region of Edapally is around Rs. 4100 per square feet here. But, for some apartments, it can go as high as up to Rs. 5000 rupees per square feet.

I think that the price of the proerties are quite high in Mythri Nagar because it is near to the region of Edapally. If you are planning to buy a house there, I think that the price of house here can range from Rs. 3828 per square feet to Rs. 5000 per square feet. But, on an average, the price is around Rs. 4400 per square feet.

I dont think that inside this locality, the commercial set up is that well developed. most of the residents here depend upon the nearby town of Edappally for their shopping requirements and all. Here, you can see that there are some good small scale shops and grocery/stationary stores here such as Turbo intertrade, Elson's shop, Climax Upholstery, Cherupushpam stores etc.
