Can a clear title A khata document can be bifurcated for ground floor and 1st floor.

Q: on 30x40 ft site on A Khatta BBMP and developed layout in Whitefield, the construction was made on ground floor and 1st floor. Can I get Bifurcation of A khata for ground floor & separate for 1st floor .Please confirm. It is clear documents site.

I think you should be able to get it unless there are any violations/deviations in the building plan. If the building is not as per approved plan you will not get a bifurcated A katha. In that case they would provide you with a B katha.
