Hey I have heard that this project has all the required permissions and approvals like from the Greater hyderabad Municipal Corporation, and the Hyderabad Metro Development and Hyderabad Urban Development as well. So there is nothing to worry about. :)

The size of the 2 bhk apartments starts from 1015 sq ft, and the 3 bhk apartments have an area of 1345 sq ft, and the price for these apartments starts from 2,200 rupees per sq ft, so the 2 bhk will cost you 22 lakhs and the 3 bhk will cost you 29 lakhs or so.

So there are 2 bhk and 3 bhk apartments in this project. There is ny 1 block that is coming up, and it has 5 floors. This project is coming up in the Mehdipatnam Main Road, Near the Hanuman Temple. and the possession starts from January 2015
